Corsky is a pure DM level that incorporates
a few original puzzles and ideas. The level 
consists of a central outdoor arena 
surrounded by 4 main rooms, all of which 
are interconnected by wide corridors (hence 
the name Cor-Sky). Getting the main weapons 
and health will leave you temporarily open 
to attack (so watch out all you weapon 
hoarders!)

DANTE'S GATE 2.1 for DOOM ][ :
DANTE'S GATE is the first level in
my INFERNO series and is fully
compatible with DOOM ][.  I've added
monsters, weapons, and other goodies
along the way. The level has an
entirely different look and feel.
For the most part, the only "theme"
I had in mind was to make the level
as aesthetically pleasing and
consistent as possible.  But there
is a storyline: After all this
wackiness at the UAC base, you have
lost track of your lady-friend,
BEATRICE.  How the two of you ever
got separated is no great mystery,
what with all these demons and
devils running about, but you're
damned if you're going to go through
Hell for nothing.  The only other
survivor besides yourself and
Beatrice is VIRGIL, the beatnik
space poet.  He last saw Beatrice by
one of the warp- gates.  Chances are
she made it through -- but what's on
the other side? Only one way to find
out.  You'll have to go through
DANTE'S GATE.

but DOOM2 came into my life and I had to play
with the Super shootgun!  Lots of monsters an

A DOOM II combo hunt'em deathmatch / single
player wad. Rather spread out, lots of open
areas with little obstruction. Take a while
and explore this wad, think you may find it
interesting. Contains 6 teleporter dest's, a
Cyberdeamon and Spider Demon together, should
not be too tough though, as the area has good
vantage points/ sniper locations. There are
no nasty tricks or unsolvable traps.

DMADDS 1.1 is a tool to allow for 
sprite and flats graphic replacement 
and replacement distribution by means 
of PWAD files, without changing the 
IWAD file.
The README.EXE of DOOM 1.666 states 
that "Sprite graphics can now be used 
in PWADs". This statement is incorrect 
(which is confirmend by "id"). Sprite
replacement as well as replacement of 
flats (i.e.floors and ceilings) is only 
possible if *all* sprites and/or 
flats are included in one WAD file, 
wether IWAD or PWAD. 
DMADDS 1.1 should work with any version 
of the registered IWAD file, but there 
is no way to be sure, as it is impos-
sible to keep track of all those 
"official" patches. This includes
DOOM ][ as well.

DOOMED is a DOOM save file editor.  It edits
save files from DOOM releases 1.2, 1.4, 1.5,
1.6 and DOOM 2.  It also edits NetDOOM save
games, but files must be edited on each node
separately. The current DOOMED version is
1.6b. All weapons, ammo, bonuses, keys, GOD,
and CLIPPING modes are accessible.  The save
game description and SKILL level can also be
edited.

This is a recording of me, Kevlar (aka 
Schizo) playing level 30 ultraviolent.  
It was recorded in v1.7 (kev30_17.lmp), 
and I hexeditted it so that it could be 
played on v1.666 (kev30_16.lmp). Please 
mind my sloppiness at the beginning of
the level.  I was beginning to doubt 
that I could finish the level- but it 
ended up kewl.  Anyway, have fun.  The 
kill count counts up to about 600%, and 
at that point, I pressed the spacebar, 
because I didn't want to wait to 3400% 
(Sheesh... talk about violence!).

LDTAGS.EXE is a program that extends the DEU
error checker. It searches a Doom 1 or 2 wad
for occurrences of linedefs that have
functions assigned but no sector tag - a
situtation that usually causes the game to
crash - and can be difficult to locate.

Deathmatch level for Doom 1.666.  
This level is fast and furious fun for 
2-4 combatants.  Multiple kill lanes 
covering each major weapon is a feature 
of NemoDM. *YES* there is a ship with 
masts and a cargo hold (thanks DB!) ;)  
Note: There is one area which is a great 
spot for sniping, but not easy to find.  
Look for a U turn hallway with metal 
textures on the walls.  Some of these 
walls are passable.  Note2: Red pad 
starts the crusher, Blue pad stops it!

of levels is made just by random thought so
it might not be a good designed level. This
group of levels is just for 1 player. Some

This program allows you to turn your 
DOOM 1 PWADS into DOOM 2 PWADS. It is 
VERY SLOW however.  A 300Kb file can 
take around 30 minutes or more depend-
ing on your computer.  It was written 
in Modula-2 so I was very limited.  
What the program does is search the old 
wad file for doom 1 texture strings and 
replaces them with ones that can be used 
in doom 2.

file.  Cyber, Spider, and Final enemy all

Updated .EXE and .OVR file for Yankees And 
Red Necks...  The game was exiting with a 
runtime error if a 0 byte file existed, this 
file is now automatically deleted in the 
beginning of the game if it has a filesize 
of 0 bytes.  The symtom was a "Runtime Error 
100 at 0000:0224" Just overwrite the old 
.EXE and .OVR with these ones and your 
problems will be solved.  This has also been 
updated in the "YANK103C.ZIP" file on this 
BBS.  If you are a sysop, please DL this and 
update your yank103c.zip file...

My friends say that this level is too hard,
but if wasn't difficult, it wouldn't be
worthwile. It's not one those 'impossible'
wads that I've tried. I spent a lot of time
with detail too. I hate when rooms look like
the textures were thrown together. DOOM 1.666
